About 5-10% of the program is recommended to be completed using small inexpensive equipment such as exercise bands and foam rollers. If you don't have that, there are work arounds!
Most sessions use just your body weight or simple household items like a chair, towel, or wall. There are optional tools you can add if you want, but they're not required to get results.
The program is designed for busy people. Each session takes 10-15 minutes, and you can do them at home, at work, or while traveling. There are also quick 5-minute maintenance protocols for especially hectic days.
Flare-ups are normal and expected. They're part of breaking the loop. The program includes personalized flare action plans that show you exactly what to do when symptoms spike, so you can manage them quickly and get back on track without panic or guesswork.
The program includes red/green flag education so you know when to proceed and when to seek additional medical care. We also cover how to modify exercises for different limitations.
